Sit. Don’t worry yourself about a sand encrusted butt. It will brush off.
Grab two handfuls of beach and squeeze. At the same time, let go of anything that is really bothering you.
Look out into the horizon. Observe the storm clouds roll away and leave a calmness that stretches for miles.
Close your eyes. With every pounding wave, let it all go. Feel it. Observe it. Know that it will pass. Be silent. Understand the power. Let it all wash away. Let there be calm. A stillness.
Let it all go.

Pounding surf after a storm – you certainly got it right. The calming and cleansing pounds are one of the best sounds you can listen to. I go on holiday to the beach simply to hear them.
